Our Mission
Training Teams is dedicated to providing excellence in trainings and delivering technical support to Medicaid mental health providers in Kansas. The offerings on this website are supported by a contracting partnership committed to supporting Kansas mental health providers as they deliver services to children identified with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and their families, and adults identified with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI).
Who We Are
Training Teams is a Collaborative Effort of The Kansas Department of Social Rehabilitation Services/Disability and Behavioral Health Services (SRS DBHS), Wichita State University (WSU), College of Health Professions,Training Advisory Group (TAG), the Unified Training Advisory Group (UTAG), and Title XIX Medicaid Programs. We provide training and support for Community Based programs for Medicaid mental health providers throughout Kansas.
